HUC 150th Anniversary illustration

For Hebrew Union College–Jewish Institute of Religion, the premier center of Reform Judaism for training rabbis, cantors, and nonprofit leaders, I was commissioned to create a hand-lettered illustration marking the institution’s 150th anniversary. The Hebrew phrase Haboker Or—“Light Dawns”—draws from the school’s original seal that bears this enduring motto.
